Sarina is my wife, my partner in every sense of the word. She is the cornerstone, the foundation and the bedrock. If you ever had the pleasure to know her, she is a force of nature. Intelligent, kind, gentle, thoughtful, incredibly giving, at the same time she is strong, strong willed, determined, capable, and fiercely independent. She is quite literally one of the best people you will ever come across, as well as being a fantastic and dedicated mother to our son, Logan. I cannot even begin to express my love, and admiration. Being told she had broken her neck, and was likely never going to walk again was the most difficult moment of my life so far, and I know full well there are more to come. Logan knows what has happened and has been told what to expect over the coming months, he is taking it well, all things considered. There is so much of her in him.

Sarina has broken her neck at C5, and so far is showing very limited function in her arms. I’m going to have to stop working for a time to care for her, we will have medical bills coming in, and will need to modify our home quite a bit. Plus the usual mortgage and living expenses. We’ve always stood on our own, I’ve never asked for help before, but we need it now.
