Help us through our heart warrior journey

September 30th I gave birth to our babygirl her name is Nova. she is now 6 months she has been in the hospital since birth. When I was 6 months pregnant I turned septic making life pretty hard. She has had 2 open heart surgeries 1 at 2 months of age and one at 5 months of age. We will be getting discharged soon and I am asking for help for travel back and forth and to be able to get certain things until we are back on our feet some. She is going home with a gtube as well.. life is going to be a little different for a while on top of 4 other children. Thank you for taking the time to read this anything will help God bless.
