School Library Upgrade & Wood Street Books Project

*2022 School Fundraiser  – We're Marching in March!*

 

Moor Allerton PTA has launched its big 2022 fundraiser which will raise funds to help upgrade our school libraries.

 

At the same time, we'll be donating 25% of the funds raised to Wood Street Mission's 'Books Forever' project, to ensure as many children as possible can benefit. Find out more about this here: https://www.woodstreetmission.org.uk/our-projects/books-forever/

 

To raise funds, all students will be sponsored to walk as much as possible during the month of March and count their steps, encouraging as many non-car journeys to and from school.

We'll add up the collective number of steps/distance walked and our target is to – virtually – walk to all the capital cities in Europe.

 

It’s a tall order but we know we can do it!
