Help us with a roof!

What I posted on fb: I honestly hate putting a post up like this and please know I’m currently at my lowest low and completely embarrassed but I’m not sure what to do anymore…we have a 20 + year old roof and it’s leaking in Wesley’s room. We have gotten a quote and signed papers with help from the insurance company to have the roof installed this Friday. With that being said we applied for a loan for the 3k deductible and it fell through last minute. I feel the need to explain our situation…I’m currently without a job…I left on medical terms and can go back when things become a “normal” for me but until then I had to leave so I can take care of my health. I’m being treated for lupus, fiber myalgia and hashimotos. I run insta cart and DoorDash but taking a good day to do those sends me back two steps for the next few days. Justin’s working stupid hard and trying to get a new position which will be amazing! He comes home nightly and runs jobs with me just to make sure I’m not worn out. So this is me crying and praying and asking for help! April 12th is the day we need to pay. If you have it in your heart to help my family I promise to pay it forward when we can!

Hi! My name is Kristin! My family has unfortunately run in to some bad luck! We have a leak in our youngest son’s room and our 20+ year old roof is done. We had the company come out and quote us a new roof and fixing Wesley’s room. Our deductible is 3k. Unfortunately we have no way of getting a loan or credit for this. We thought we had it but the loan fell through. I’m not sure where to start but we need help! We are currently doing instacart and DoorDash but some days the price of gas is more than the tips we make. We aren’t ok with asking for a helping hand but have come down to all no’s and we aren’t sure what to do. Our roof has to be replaced by the end of next week April 12th for our insurance to pay their part. If you find it in your heart to help us we would be eternally grateful.
