Help us with IVF to create our own family

Hi all, my name is Claire and in 2022 I married my soulmate Stuart.
It’s been a lifelong dream of ours to both be parents one day. After trying for a baby for some time we went for tests as I had not fallen pregnant. The test results came back and we were hit with the devastating news that Stuart had no sperm count. In complete shock, we visited a Harley Street specialist who sent Stuart for further tests and scans. We prayed they would find the answers. The doctors could not find anything wrong through scans and blood tests so recommended Stuart have a surgery called microtese. We used all of our savings to pay for the surgery believing it would work. The surgeon hoped that during this surgery they could find sperm and freeze this so I could then use it for future rounds of IVF.
Unfortunately after the surgery, the doctors explained no sperm could be found. We were absolutely heartbroken. At the same time a biopsy was sent off to see if there was a cause for the lack of sperm. The results showed Stuart has a hormonal defect called maturation arrest which is not allowing the sperm to grow or be released. The doctors explained the very last option is to try hormonal replacement therapy which will hopefully kick start Stuarts sperm production. As we have spent all of our savings on the surgery we can no longer afford the treatment. We really feel this is our very last chance of having a family of our own. This is where I am hoping we can raise the funds here so our dream can one day come true.
If you've got this far, thank you for reading this and any help is really appreciated ❤️
love Stuart & Claire xx
The cost of Stuart’s initial consultation will be £350. Stuart will need to take both HCG and Clomid for six months. The minimum cost for the medication alone is £1,200 per month. There will also be regular blood tests and further tests to be carried out on a regular basis which costs around £200 per test.
