“Hello family and friends, we lost a special individual a few days ago yet again to gun violence! A son, a friend, a brother, a husband, but the most special earned title a father, Mike Benard.

Mike will never get to hear his 10-month-old baby boys first words or see his 6-year-old beautiful daughter get married one day. Because of some one’s actions, a husband leaves behind his high school sweetheart, his wife whom he loved dearly to now hold down the fort and try to provide the best way she can for their two children as she grieves one of the toughest challenges in her and their children lives.

At this moment we are asking the community, friends, family, neighbors and any one whom knew of Mike and his family to help us lay our brother to peace. His wife is currently not working as Mike was the sole provider for his family so any and everything comes a long way to help our friend who’s hurting at this time”.
