Help Vader Run Again: Support His Surgery

Hi! My best friend Vader is in need of CCL surgery (his ACL tore). He tore his left leg before he turned 1. Vader is now 3 and he tore his right one unexpectedly. The surgery is going to cost around $5,000 and any help would be greatly appreciated. He is forever a puppy at heart so he is a very active dog who loves to play ball and run around!
