Help reforest the Valley of the Stars

Hey there - this is Ana and Al...our beautiful valley in remote rural Portugal has been hit by a terrifying wildfire and so we're asking for a small contribution to help us replace some of the trees that were lost.

Our off-the-grid place is called Vale das Estrelas, or Valley of the Stars. We gave up our jobs a couple of years ago to move here and are trying to build a little tourism business in the countryside. Thankfully the fire spared our house and our guesthouse, but we want to buy saplings of oak trees, cork oaks, olive bushes and indigenous pines to bring everything back to life as soon as possible.

We will keep in touch and let you know what your donation bought through our blog Off-Grid and Ignorant in Portugal. Maybe one day you can come and see our valley and the difference your trees have made!
