Help Valvo Family in Financial Crisis

My name is Christine Valvo and me and my family are in DESPERATE need of help! We have never been one's for charity, but unfortunately at this point I don't know where else to turn. We have been struggling for years now with my husband's many different medical problems and surgeries, but things have only been getting worse with this year him having to completely stop working from only working part time before. We are a family of 5 with a sixteen year old and twins that are 13. I currently, for the last 8 months, am the only one able to work and 3 months ago took on a second job. It has helped out some , but my original job, with whom I have worked for 9 years ,cut me down from 3 days a week to only one. My new job has been great, but a lot of my pay depends on commission. We have tried everything! We applied for food assistance, but got denied. My husband has applied for disability, but it is taking forever and I hear a lot of the time people are denied their first time applying. Thank God we get Medicaid at least because with all of our medications and doctor visits it would be impossible! My special needs son's seizure medications alone would be at least a thousand a month. We are over 60,000 in debt between credit cards, which are above limit and we can no longer pay, and money we have borrowed from family. At this point we can't even afford basic necessities like food or pay our monthly bills. Rent is still not paid this month and will soon be due again. Our electricity and phones have been threatened to be shut off a couple times. I keep having to defer car payments which I'm sure won't be an option anymore soon. Not to mention Christmas is right around the corner. I just don't know what to do anymore! Not only are we struggling financially, but also mentally as well. Like I said earlier we aren't ones for charity, but desperate times call for desperate measures! If anyone can help us out it would mean the world to us! My husband feels terrible that he can't physically work anymore and support his family and I feel terrible I can't do it on my own!
