Help Ventura Bee Rescue Rebuild Bee Yard After Mountain Fire
Donation protected
Ventura Bee Rescue is dedicated to promoting sustainable beekeeping practices throughout Ventura County. We work closely with local communities to provide live bee relocation, pollination, outreach and education, and local raw honey. We have rescued and rehabilitated thousands of honeybee hives over the years, helping sustain our local bee population.
On November 6, 2024 the Mountain Fire swept through our community and completely destroyed our beloved bee yard, killing over 150 thriving beehives. We are incredibly saddened by the tremendous loss of life. This apiary was not only our livelihood, but our labor of love and passion for conservation and an important part of our educational community outreach. We’re asking for your help to rebuild. Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to recovery. Donations will replace beekeeping equipment, an observation hive, and our security cameras that were burned in the wildfire. Thank you for your kindness and support. We can’t wait to get back to serving this incredible community.
