Help Vic Replace Stolen Catalytic Converters

Donation protected
This past Monday, our beloved friend Vic woke up to find the catalytic converter on her recently purchased Honda Element had been sawed off and stolen in the night. She had just invested time and money into extensive maintenance on this car to replace her older Element and in a matter of hours, that progress was taken from her.

Vic filed a police report and insurance claim, but heartbreakingly, not even a week later, she woke up to find the catalytic converter stolen from her old Honda Element as well this time, even after parking in front of a neighbor’s Ring camera in hopes of catching or deterring the thief.

Now, she’s cat-less on both Elements.

I haven’t known Vic for more than a year, but in that time, I’ve come to know her as incredibly generous, kind, and tough. Like with every challenge life throws her way, I know she’ll get through this but as her friend, I want to help, even in a small way.

The cost of parts and labor for each catalytic converter is about $600, even with aftermarket replacements. I thought we could come together and try to raise enough to cover at least one of them.

There’s no pressure at all but if you feel inclined to help, thank you for reading and for being part of this.

Let's show Vic she's not alone.
