Help Victoria pay for Heart Surgery

I started this campaign because I am a young woman who has a connective tissue disorder called Loeys Dietz Syndrome and at the age of 27, I've undergone multiple surgeries from the time I was a baby up to the most recent surgeries to repair my aorta and arteries from aneurysms and other complications.
On January 4, 2017 I began experiencing severe chest pain and was rushed to the emergency room and was immediately hospitalized due to my aorta dissecting. I was having a Type B descending aortic dissection, which means the layers that make up my aorta began ripping and tearing. My surgeons were able to stabilize me and discharged me in hopes that with rest and medicine, my aorta would stabilize and repair itself. However, after my most recent CT scan which was performed on May 18, my cardiologist discovered that my condition had worsened, and she began working on a referral to send me to Houston, Texas to St. Luke's Baylor Hospital to have heart surgery. The reason she is sending me to Houston to have this surgery done under emergency circumstances, is because the surgery that needs to be performed is very high risk and my current surgeons do not have the experience to perform this surgery.
My surgery date has been scheduled for May 26, 2017 and I will be flying out from Califronia to Houston, Texas on May 21, 2017. My parents plan to travel with me to support me and take care of me as I go through the surgery and recover. I am asking for financial help with travel expenses, lodging accomodations, transportation expenses and additional medical bills I've acquired from a previous surgery I had last year. Our family has been going through extremely tough situations with my dad being injured and laid off from his job of 15 years. Our finances are limited and these additional expenses are out of our reach, and we ask for your compassion and generosity to help our family with the expenses that will not be covered through my medical insurance.
