Help Vincent As He Moves Into Assisted Living

Hello All,

About 2.5 years ago with all of your help, we were fortunate enough to raise more than our goal to help our Dad with medical bills & nursing care via GoFundMe. With that money raised, we were able to hire his nurse that was coming to the house 6 days a week to take care of our father as well as cover the costs for prescriptions and all medical-related bills. She has turned into family and we're so grateful and appreciative of her and her help & the help of so many generous donations and how far it has taken us. We wouldn't be here today without you all, and for that, we're so grateful from the bottom of our hearts.

He has been living with his youngest son Vincent, who is recently engaged and about to start a new chapter in his life as he moves in with his fiance. Our dad's lease ends August 8th in which we found a great assisted living place in Pearland, TX and for which why we're here.

If you've dealt with assisted living before you know how insanely expensive they can be, which leads to us looking for any donation to help cover his stay there. Although we found one that's more affordable, even with his kids' financial help, it is still on the high end.

We're really excited for him to be able to get the proper 24/7 care and attention he needs and any little bit helps. Full meals, 24/7 nurse care and utilities are also included which is a massive help.

For those of you that don't know Vincent Boemio Sr, his mental and physical health has been rapidly declining since the passing of our mom in 2011.

Over the past few years he has suffered a stroke (which he still hasn't reclaimed full use of his right hand), has had extreme cases of kidney stones which led to kidney failure alongside small tumors that have been popping up as well as severe episodes of bronchitis. When he was 15 he had a colostomy surgery, in which he's been using a colostomy bag ever since. Most recently, he fractured his ankle after falling out of bed. With all this being said, we all believe that constant attention is what he needs. Being under this 24/7 care would give not only us but him as well peace of mind and that he will always be taken care of.

All donations will be going towards his stay in this new assisted living facility.
