Help Vinny get his hand back!

Hey my name is Vinny and I'm reaching out to you for help because, on August 21st 2020 My life changed forever!  I lost my dominant right hand with the exception of my thumb and lower palm while I was trying to quickly lube and adjust the chain on my motorcycle.  In a split second I blink and I'm seeing the bone of my hand and blood squirting out of an artery like a hose, all while I'm looking at my severed hand on the ground.  Fortunately there was help close to call 911 and someone helped belt my arm to reduce blood loss.  Someone else got my remaining hand and put it on ice.  After the short ambulance ride to the airport, 15 minute helicopter ride to Lee Memorial Hospital, I arrive they are cutting my clothes off, putting in IVs, getting basic info cause I'm still awake and speaking and still had no pain meds at this point when all of a sudden over my right shoulder someone introduces themselves and says hey I'm the surgeon so immediately I begin to ask are you going to be able to reattach my hand!??  He first replies "you brought it with you?" YES ITS IN THE CHOPPER!  Only for him to tell me they Dont do reattachments at this hospital.  Within the next few minutes they intubated me and began operating to save my life.  I wake up not knowing where I am or what time it was.  It turns out I was shipped to Jackson Memorial in Miami where they attempted to reattach my hand for 11 and a half hours which was unfortunately unsuccessful due to lack of recirculation from being detached for too long.
So please if you're able to aid me in transitioning back to a functioning life, Thank you so much!  Anything received will be used for my rehabilitation including,  medical bills/expenses, prosthetic's, medical equipment used to enhance my quality of life.
