Help Vlad receive medical help & save his home

Hi,

My name is Sammy and I am making this GoFundMe for my cousin, Vlad. A few years ago, his father Shurik, passed away, leaving his mother, Lora, severely depressed to a point of becoming sick herself. Incapable of working, she was unable to pay for the townhome she was living in. Vladik has been living at Lora's house, but he has also been out of work due to diminishing eyesight. A few weeks ago, he was spending time with his mother in the living room and ended up falling asleep on the couch. Waking up from the nap, he realized Lora was unresponsive and pulseless on the couch next to him. Paramedics came and attempted CPR, but it was unfortunately far too late. Since the passing of his mother, Vladik's health has suffered severely, with new uncontrollable tremors and worsening eyesight. He has been unable to work since his health took a turn, leaving him alone in a townhome that is about to foreclose. He also has not received medical help yet as he cannot afford it at this time. On top of this, he has all of the funeral expenses for his mother, Lora.

The most urgent payment at this time is toward the townhome association - $3,500 to bring it to current.

Mortgage delinquency is $40,000

Funeral costs approximately $5,000.
