Help Warya, Wati, Jun & Devi after the Eaton Fire.

Donation protected
Warya and Wati—who helped raise me and my siblings—have tragically lost their home and everything in it to the devastating Eaton Fire. They lived there with their son, Jun, and his wife, Devi. Without the chance to return home and gather anything, all four of them have lost their clothes, furniture, kitchenware, equipment, and countless cherished memories.

If you know me, you know how much Warya and Wati mean to me. They’re my second parents. They moved to the U.S. from Indonesia 34 years ago with nothing and built a life here through decades of hard work. Their home in Altadena was their pride and joy—a reflection of their love and dedication. They filled it with life, creating a beautiful garden, completing DIY projects, and hosting unforgettable family celebrations.

Now, it’s gone.

My family will be doing everything we can to help them get back on their feet, but we’ve had so many people ask how they can help too. That’s why we’ve set up this fund.

Every dollar will go directly to helping Warya, Wati, Jun, and Devi rebuild their lives and address the many aspects of support and recovery through this crisis. No matter the amount, your support will make a difference.

Thank you for anything you can give—even if it’s just sharing this post.

With love and gratitude,
Brigitte
