HELP! We're HOT & BOTHERED!!

Its a simple ask - we need AC! For every dollar you raise for our AC we will add one dollar to our pay-it-forward food voucher board.

During the summer our kitchen thermometer hits 40 degrees and then won't read any hotter which means we don't even know HOW HOT it gets. This level of heat is clearly a safety risk for our already smokin' crew of bakers. Over the years we have had many many combinations of residential air conditioners, fans, even.... bags of ice in front of fans .... we've changed our baking schedule so all ovens are off early, we've really tried all the DIY fixes we could think of, but with temps rising every summer we can't keep the space cool enough to work in, or to be the reprieve we intend our space to be for our friends and customers. We just can't keep anything straight anymore :P We're HOT & BOTHERED please help us cool things down.
