Help West Side Rowing Club Reach Nationals

HELP THE WEST SIDE ROWING CLUB COMPETE AT THE USROWING YOUTH NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The West Side Rowing Club has the honor of sending two of its Varsity crews to the USRowing Youth National Championship this year in Sarasota, Florida! This is a tremendous achievement and a testament to the hard work, dedication, and talent of our young athletes. We will be sending a U17 Women's 8+ and a Varsity Men's 2-.These crews have worked hard to secure the club's first bid overall since 2022 and its first bid for an eight since 2011.

WHY WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

Rowing is often a cost prohibitive sport, and it is the West Side Rowing Club's mission to to ensure every athlete has the opportunity and ability to compete in the sport we love irrespective of any financial barriers. The cost to bring the team down is estimated to be in excess of $10,000. We are looking to our friends, family, and supporters of the rowing community to help us bring Buffalo's oldest rowing club back to the nationally competitive stage. Every donation, no matter the size helps our athletes compete at the highest levels.
