Celebrate Sam’s Life! Start of Sam’s Foundation

Message from Whitney and Sam’s family :

Sam decided last night (November 12th, 2021), that he just wanted to fly. He fought so hard to stay here, but multiple medical errors and negligence were too much for his earthly temple to survive. So the entire family joined Whitney and let him go be with God, the Angels & his Spirit Guides. 

Your love and support have been so amazing for all of us. Your prayers and positive vibes have buoyed us all so we could support Sam through this journey.

Moving forward; all donations from this GoFundMe after funeral expenses are covered will go towards starting a foundation in Sam’s honor to help save the lives of our healthcare professionals and the sick they care for. Sam was sorely misjudged, discriminated against, mistreated, underserved, and finally killed by the very ones he wanted so badly to trust to save his beautiful life. Now, through me and this dedicated foundation, he will continue to teach and help heal others. 

Sam is not done. His story will be told and through this, we will help create change in healthcare and continue to show the world what true love looks like. 

We are going to take some time to ourselves. We know you’ll understand if we don’t reply to texts and messages for a while.
