Help Wildlife Affected by LA Wildfires
Tax deductible
Hi, our names are Maya and Ava, we combined our concern about the LA Wildfires and animals to create a project that helps both. We live in Wisconsin and are fifteen, and while we haven't personally seen the impact of the California wildfires, it's been a constant horror to hear about. As lifelong animal lovers, we're deeply passionate about protecting and caring for the creatures that share our home.
Through our Serve/Lead/Learn class at school, we had the opportunity to create a service-learning project—and we knew right away that we wanted to make a difference for wildlife in need. This cause is extremely important to the health of habitats in California, with global warming and natural disasters, animals are more endangered than ever before.
Every dollar we raise goes directly to the California Wildlife Center, an organization dedicated to protecting animals. In their words, they "rescue, rehabilitate, and release California native wildlife as well as expand education programs for the community." The money does not pass through us.
Join us in making a real impact—because together, we can help give these animals the care they deserve.
