Help Wildlife Shelter for Malani’s 9th Birthday
Donation protected
Malani is turning 9 and to celebrate she wants NO presents! Instead she would love your support in raising money for Dutch Thunder Wildlife Shelter. She is ambitious with a goal of $900 for turning 9.
When traveling last year Malani had the opportunity to volunteer at Dutch Thunder and meet Kylee! Malani quickly became aware of the hard work and dedication involved in caring for and rescuing wildlife.
Kylee looks after over 70 animals in her home by herself during the day and with the help of her husband when he finishes work. She also regularly gets called out to do wildlife rescues. Her work continues day and night, on public holidays and weekends. She does not get paid to do what she does, and is responsible to financially support the needs of all these animals, which can be very expensive. Her dedication and love for wildlife is obvious. Without a doubt, Kylee is a true wildlife hero, and Malani is determined to do what she can to support her.
Caring for wildlife is the responsibility of the whole community. Our governments DO NOT fund these shelters so every little bit helps!
Please share far and wide and get behind our passionate 9 year old trying to make a change in the world.
