Help with Barry Hawes' funeral expenses

Hi, my name is Rhonda and I am trying to help my friend Barry's family raise money for his funeral expenses. Barry Hawes passed last Friday, at 63, after battling for about 6 years with liver cancer which spread to his stomach and ultimately to his spine. The family did not have life insurance and Barry was unable to work. His wife worked when she could but she was also by Barry's side through his ordeal. Not only has this been emotionally devasting for the family, but it is financially devasting also. Barry was a great guy. He was truly a family man. He adored his wife Cathy and his 3 children, 5 grandchildren (his 6th grandchild is on the way), his extended family and friends. Barry was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back if you needed it. He was born in Providence, but was a lifelong resident of Warwick, growing up in the Longmeadow section of Warwick. He loved spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed going to the beach with his family, golfing, and camping. Barry's illness has been extremely hard on his family.
