Help with bills and getting to appointments

My name is Adam I was in a severe motorcycle wreck currently have a wound vac on my left arm due to skin being completely removed down to bone and tendons All so have a cast on right leg so can’t walk or put pressure on my leg for 12 weeks so I am out of work and there is no short term disability I have 3 trips to wound care a week plus other appointments just needing help. I’m in high spirits and lucky to be alive every single day I’m thankful that I’m still here to see my family I appreciate everyone who has donated and shared it has helped a lot. So thank you again.
