Help with bills due to accident n long covid

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Barbara. My husband and I were in a very serious car accident 3 years ago that changed our lives in ways we could've never imagined. At the time of the accident we owned a small family remodeling company and lived a comfortable middle class life. I had a separate career in the Medical billing field.
I was 37 weeks pregnant the morning of the accident. My daughter was born at 37 weeks. The car accident caused her to stress and I needed an emergency c-section. She was born healthy and happy. I thank God everyday for that.
Unfortunately my husband and myself to walk away from the accident healthy. My husband worse than me. I would ended up needing 3 new disc's in my neck, a 2 new vertebrae in my back, tendons and ligaments repaired in my neck. My physical injuries are nothing compared to the psychological trauma, I deal with on a daily basis.
My husband had 3 new disc's in his neck, 4 vertebrae replacements in his back, a couple new disc's, partial shoulder replacement, and he even had a rizotomoy to burn his nerve endings to help with his pain. He has a 70% back disability.
The remodeling company slowly went down hill. He tried he really did. He just can't do the things he used to in the time he used to be able to do them. The income from the company got lower and lower until it stopped all together 6 months ago.
I switched to remote with the company, I was with. I didn't leave my house for 6 months after the accident with the exception of pediatrician appointments. I didn't seek help for my mental health issues until I finished breastfeeding my daughter at 18 months. At which time I was put on medicine for PTSD, PTSA, and GAD. I live almost a normal life. Most days I can jump in my truck and drive, the days I can't drive are few now.
I got fired from my remote billing job because I refused to something unethical (illegal). I got COVID the summer of 2022, lasted 2 weeks at which time I thought I healed. Little did I know I would never heal from it. Last year I would spend the better part of the year in and out of the hospital it took 8 hospital stays to get a diagnosis. I have long covid which for me is asthma, copd, breathing, and heart issues for the rest of my life. I take trelegy, albuterol inhaler, albuterol with something else in it for my nebulizer, baby asprin, and I am on oxygen. I'm 43 years old.
This month things were starting to look up, I finally got a new job. I haven't started yet, I had to pass a level 2 background check which I did, next drug test, and I am doing my on boarding paperwork. My husband's friend called and said he would need help with a tile job.
I have been doordashing to pay what little bills I could it wasn't great money but enough to keep my lights on. We'll almost. I paid $100 towards FPL last night, I still owe $200 from last months bill and of course this months bill came out today that bill is $326.54, but I have time to pay the new bill last months bill I have 3 days to pay.
I was woken this morning by a knock on my door. It was the repo man. Just when everything was starting to look up we lose our only means of transportation. I turned my vehicle in after I lost my job because I knew I wouldn't be able to keep up with the payments. My husband and I was sharing the one vehicle. I doordashed in it. He used it when he was working. It's how we go get groceries.
Both mine and my husband's parents have passed away. I have one sibling who lives paycheck to paycheck and he has 2 siblings that also live paycheck to paycheck. That's the extent of our families. Our credit is shot right now credit cards are maxed out from paying bills, food, gas, whatever I could pay with them I did.
My mortgage is also behind my lending company is way more understanding than GM or FPL. Right now I'm behind 2 months January and February so $2,800. They are willing to work a payment arrangement out with me. I don't know what that looks like yet.
If you don't feel comfortable donating on GoFund Me. I absolutely will give me my account information and you can pay your donation directly to GM or FPL or even my mortgage company. My main priorities right now are getting my vehicle back so we can get to work. Every little bit helps even if it's $5, 100 people donate $5 that's $500 and is 1/4 of the money to get my vehicle back.
I'm not the type of person to ask for help. But someone once told me " a closed mouth don't get fed," meaning if I don't ask nobody will know I'm struggling need help.
Please feel free to share. The pictures I am going to add will range from before accident all the way through now. I thought I had pictures when I was hooked up to the machine that breaths for you, you know the one you get intubated for.
Please, please help if you can. Thank you for taking the time to read this. Thank you in advance for donations. Please reach out if you have any questions. God bless each and everyone one you .
