Help pay bills for spinal surgery and unpaid leave

Hi my name is Melissa, I need a spinal fusion and discetomy because a bulging disc in my neck is pinching my spinal cord. This is causing pain, numbness, and weakness in all four limbs. I'm losing my balance and mobility, and it will soon cause permanent damage. I have health insurance, but I don't have short-term disability, and will lose my income for up to 6 weeks. I'm worried about losing my housing and other bills, including utilities, food, and medicine. My rent is $1,500/ month and the rest will go to other expenses.
