Help with Cassie’s parking debt and citations

Hello,
I’m a single mom of 3 kids I’m reaching out for help so I don’t get my car booted and towed. I’m Living in mission bay with having to pay for parking till 10 pm at night. At times even having to pay for parking on Sundays, where in other parts of the city in SF you wouldn’t have to pay. Living with a constant panic about waking up too late and my car having a citation due to sleeping in or being in a meeting. Or even having to sit in my car till 10 because I can’t afford 8 dollars an hour for the meter.
I owe the City of San Francisco more than $3000 in parking citations and I stand to lose my car if I don’t pay them.
