Help to give Chantelle Preston the best send off

"With a heavy heart, I can tell you that I am now in palliative care; I am going to die of my illnesses. It's completely unknown how long I have, it's been suggested weeks to months, but many factors affect this, from how well I can maintain adequate O2 saturation if I get any infections, a good handful of different things and even the palliative care consultant has a lot of faith in my fighting ability! From when I do get home, as far as is possible, I will be treated at home; if I need extra support such as O2, then if it is seen that I could recover from the issue, I will go into hospital for the O2, but if it is deemed that I won't recover, then I'll stay home and will go to sleep."
