Help with Elaine's Cancer Treatments

Hi, this is Elaine Wait, our incredible boss, coworker, mother, grandmother, and friend.

Elaine was diagnosed with Stage 2 Large B-Cell Lymphoma on September 30th, 2021. She had a horrible time working while undergoing aggressive chemotherapy and radiation. Through all of this, she was still able to fulfill her role as the Lead Member Support Representative for Complete Health. Three months after ringing the bell to signify her final radiation treatment, she was given the horrible news that the cancer had spread to her right leg. Now, not only does she have to endure another round of the same aggressive chemotherapy and radiation regimen, but the Mayo Clinic has also given her the news that she will be starting Car T Cell Replacement Therapy. Not only is this a costly procedure, but she must live on the Mayo campus for at least two months to monitor the severe side effects to save her life. This procedure will render her unable to work during the busiest time of year for her position, so she will have difficulty paying her daily expenses along with room and board, as Mayo does not have any grants available to cover her stay for the duration of her treatment.
