Help with Exemtion and Neutering of Harry

Hi my name is Amanda, and I own this XL Bully Harry! He is 3 years old and we had him since he was 8 weeks.

Due to the governments new law, Harry breed has now been added to the Dangerous Dogs Act, but anyone that knows harry, will know he hasnt got a bad bone in his body. By the end of January, he has to own a certificate of exemption for me to be able to keep him. He then has to be neutered asap. Even though we are all going through a cos of living crisis, I wasnt expecting to find this money so quickly so I'm just wondering if any of my wonderful friends would like to make a small donation to help me fund all this for Harry so I can keep him safe and at home.
