Help with expenses due to an accident.

Hello everyone. As most of you know on 07/12/2023 I was involved in a vehicle accident where I was t-boned by someone who ran a red light while on my way to work. Although my vehicle is totaled I am thankful that I was able to walk away from that accident. I am bruised and broken but the pain is a reminder that I am still alive. Due to the accident, I was rushed to the hospital and received trauma care. I had to miss work and am having to miss more work for surgery I will be having to repair my hand. Unfortunately, when it comes to work I do not have much sick leave as I had to use it when I had COVID and although I’ve accumulated some leave I will not have enough to cover my wages for bills that are coming up at the beginning of this next month. The driver of the vehicle that hit me is insured but that claim will take some time to process as to why I am asking for help. I am not one to usually ask for handouts. I am usually the one helping fundraise for others but I thought I would try this as I am in need at this time. I appreciate any help. Thank you very very much ❤️
