Help With Expenses For Samantha's Funeral

We are absolutely devastated by the sudden and tragic death of Samantha Farah, and are struggling to find the funds to cover the cost of the service. Samantha was tragically killed by her husband (who is now in custody) on the morning of September 27th, 2021. This event occurred in the city of Bloomington, Minnesota. Samantha recently moved there with her one year old daughter to be with her boyfriend. She is a lifelong resident of Flushing, Michigan, and the funeral will be held in Michigan. Based on researching expenses, we know it's going to take at least $12,000-$15,000 to cover the funeral costs.

 

Samantha's family was still reeling over the death of Samantha's older brother Michael, who sadly passed away due to leukemia, in 2018. Samantha was her mother's only child remaining. To lose both children in such tragic ways is absolutely heartbreaking! And Tracy deserves all the help and support right now.

 

Samantha was a very doting mother, and had the sweetest spirit. What happened to her as a result of severe domestic violence, should not have happened!

 

Since Samantha's passing occurred in Minnesota, we will need to also pay the funeral home to transport her body back to Michigan (her hometown), which will be an additional cost.

 

We will need to pay all funeral costs by Friday, October 8th, 2021. I’ve started this fundraiser to collect donations for Samantha’s funeral, her transportation back to Michigan, and to help cover the costs of raising her beautiful one year old daughter who is now sadly without either parent. This child will now be in care of her grandmother (Samantha’s mom, Tracy Farah. *Samantha is also survived by her father Sam Farah). This child deserves the very best in life, and making sure she has everything she needs would be the best thing for our family right now.

 

Tracy would like to sincerely thank all of the witnesses who witnessed Samantha’s body being dragged out of her apartment and placed into the dumpster by her boyfriend. Unfortunately it was too late, as the officers arrived, but it did lead to the chase and arrest of the suspect.
