Help Breckyn recover and repair her Minivan

Hi, my name is Breckyn and I am fundraising to try to get my minivan fixed and out of impound. I am a single mother with a baby. I currently am not employed due to having the baby and recently leaving an abusive relationship with her father. My van is currently the only thing I have left to my name and my only means of transportation and also happens to be filled with all of my baby and my belongings. Unfortunately at the beginning of August while I was driving on Maine Street in Bangor the alternator in my van went while driving down the road, luckily some nice people were able to push it out of Main ST to the Circle K back parking lot. And luckily I was able to find a ride from Bangor back to Waldoboro at almost 2am, before leaving my van parked in their parking lot I had talked to the Bangor PD and the circle K employee who was working and filled them in on what happened and why I needed to leave it there and that I'd be back for it later that same day. I was given the okay to leave it there for 24 hours, unfortunately when attempting to schedule it to be picked up and towed back to my house I was informed that the store had it impounded within less than 12 hours from when I was given the okay to leave it. And as of now it has been in impound for just over 3 weeks with the bill continuing to increase daily. And being an unemployed single mother with no current means of transportation I haven't been able to come up with all the money I need to get it out and fixed. Not only do I need to come up with the impound fees, I also need to come up with the money to buy a new alternator, and on top of everything else need to reregister it because the registration expires at the end of the month. I am not someone who ever asks for help and am completely embarrassed to even be asking but at this point I do not know what else to do. I am the type of person who helps others in anyway I can but I have the hardest time asking for help for myself. Any help would be beyond greatly appreciated even if you are not able to donate but are willing to share this with others that would be amazing.
