Help with fixing a roof that is falling in.

I am trying to raise money for a family member and her husband who are in serious need of help for their home.

She and her husband both have very serious health issues and are very low income. They have a serious problem with their roof and the ceiling in the bathroom is fixing to fall in. She has been climbing up on the roof and trying to keep tarps covering the problem area but this situation is far past tarps being of help and they will not stay on.

Their insurance company is canceling their insurance in March if repairs are not made. If the insurance is canceled they will most likely lose their home and with their small income finding somewhere else to go will be a real problem.

A handyman has said that he can repair the worst of this situation for $5,700. GoFundMe takes a portion of the proceeds so I need to raise in excess of this amount.
