Help with fixing house from tree damage

Hello I have a good friend of mine, Butch Swales, that is in need of help with repairing the damages from a tree that fell in the storm on 1-9-24. The tree destroyed his sons bedroom when it came through the roof and wall. Butch thought he had a homeowners policy but when he called State Farm to make a claim, he unfortunately was informed it was only renters insurance and only covered belongings inside the residence. He also lost several vehicles that were damaged by the tree. Any help you could give to repair his home would be greatly appreciated.
