Help with Funeral service for our beloved Darryl
Donation protected
Darryl McKay Vanlier passed away suddenly on January 29, 2021. Throughout his life Darryl fought
chronic illnesses with courage and faith. Although his family and friends knew that there would come a
time when Darryl would need to go to rest, his death at this time was unexpected. He died in his
father’s arms while walking up the stairs from his apartment to the main level of his parents’ home to
visit with his family. Darryl was a person who would help anyone who needed assistance regardless of
his health or financial challenges. Benevolence was important to Darryl. He was active in any
benevolence programs and was the 411 on getting assistance information for his clients. Darryl also
blessed people through his love of Christian music. He loved to sing with various choirs and groups in
order to provide comfort for those who were finding the promises of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Because Darryl had many health issues, it was difficult for him to obtain insurance. Donations in any
amount will be greatly appreciated and will allow Darryl to receive the funeral and burial services that
he deserves for a life well lived in spite of the roadblocks of sickness that were placed on his path of life.
