Help with Gavin's Recovery

Hello everyone, we've decided to make this GoFundMe on behalf of our beloved partner, son, brother, friend, father, stepfather, poppa Gavin. Unfortunately Gavin was involved in a hit and run incident while riding his motorbike home from work on Tuesday 29th of October. He was flown out by the RFDS late Tuesday night from Ceduna Hospital and is currently in ICU at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, where he has finally been waken from an induced coma today. So far we know that he has broken his left femur in 2 places and his right leg has been shattered from the knee down resulting in a 9 hour surgery to try and correct them. His right arm and hand also have severe damage including fractures and tendon and ligament damage. We have been told it may take him over 12 months to be able to walk again, we are also unsure of whether or not he'll be able to play drums again which was his passion. We are currently unsure of how many months he will need to stay here and recover so we are asking if anyone could kindly donate, big or small, to help cover any medical costs, transport, accomodation, wage loss or any other related costs that Gavin and his partner Minni might need help with during his recovery.
