Help with gender confirming surgery

I despise my body. Beyond words can grasp the hate of it. Being trans is a special kind of hell when you wake up from the dreaming world and look down to see a masculine form. Hormones can only do so much. Living in Indiana and not passing as easily brings out the bigotry and daily struggle just to go and get a gallon of milk, let a lone get someone to take a chance on you for a job.
Im saving what i can but for most of us in this world that is just not a possibility.

The surgeries would help make my body more feminine and would help change my outlook for sure. The gift of being comfortable in your own body would be the greatest gift.
