Help with Huge Medical Expense

Really hate doing this but it's after 3AM and I'm at my wits end. Five days in the hospital, a pick in my arm that I have to use three times a day to inject antibiotics into myself which requires a 30 day visiting nurse have all added up to huge bills that I cannot handle.

Any help to get me through this is greatly appreciated. I really don't like asking, but I simply can't take care of these bills with the resources I have. I was able to set up a payment plan so I can continue to receive care, but the payments are pretty big and if I don't make them services could be stopped. Thanks in advance for your support.
