Help with Kristal Higgins Reno funeral expenses

Hi my name is Lisa Lowe I am needing help to pay for my baby sisters funeral Kristal Higgins Reno on December 17 she was murdered it was on channel 9 news n she leaves behind 2 small children which I'm taking care of for her some of Kristals friends has made some of these but I've yet seen any of the money if anyone knows how to report them PLEASE message me thank you n God bless
