Legal wrong, I'm about to prove it, please help me!

My name is Deborah and a year and a half ago my fiance of 13 years suddenly and tragically passed way, we were due to be married and he was an absolute darling it has broken me!

I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to have legal representation to stop my fiancé's brother from doing exactly as he wanted, even though it isn't legal what he has done!

This fundraiser is to continue the legal battle to help me as I now find myself struggling on my own as a single woman to fight for what my fiance wanted me to have and what as a couple we worked for!

His brother has lied to the court and said Gary was single and has no relatives. He has relatives who are furious that he has lied to the court so that he can get all of the money that was ours. Gary's uncle has sent a letter to the solicitor to prove they are relatives and confirmed the brother has a history of bad behaviour, he is 57 years old but still like this.

I have had to sort this by myself and I'm now finding it a struggle both mentally, physically and financially.

I'm struggling with his brother who wants all the money my partner and I worked for, he doesn't care about the law he goes ahead and just does what he wants.

His brother closed the bank account and took the money and we think he has had the other accounts.

I had a caveat on to stop this as I knew what, he would do, but he closed the account anyway because this is the sort of person he is.

Any donations would be most graciously received and appreciate your help as my money has almost run out and he will get away with it.

My solicitor is working hard to help me, but I just can't bring him to justice if I don't get the financial help. I will update you all on what happens, but I'm so close to showing what he has done!

I'm struggling as I need knee replacement through wear and tear and had a hip replacement three years ago, but I carry on working. His brother has never worked and doesn't want to work, that's why he is trying to get all of our money. I'm begging you all to help me please and bring this man to justice!

He is trying to get the Caveat lifted so he can get to the Probate stage and has lied on the court form. My solicitor is getting the proof to court and needs to send him another letter he has ignored as he thinks he is above the law!

I was under victim support as he would do all sorts of things to me and now I want to finally see him brought to justice!

We want to get him to court and he hasn't made it easy for us as it has taken letter after letter to get it to this stage and now he is trying to get the Caveat off that is meant to stay to November.

This is the third Caveat that has had to be put on due to him wasting time with his letters coming back asking why we needed to know the assets! He doesn't have a solicitor, my solicitor has been dealing with him, he seems to be representing himself but has made many errors.

This man has tried to illegally wreak my life and I want him to not be allowed to do this to anyone else!
