Help with Little Miss Kitty's Surgery Bill

So, this past Thursday, this little ball of fluff just wandered on in to our house. Literally. The front door was left cracked open and she snuck inside.
She’s beyond cute and has been a complete surprise for all of us. She’s the sweetest little thing and has become a wonderful companion.

Last night, she gave us a scare by the way she was breathing. For peace of mind, my wife took her to our vet. She was cleared on all blood-work and samples taken, but she was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia (a tear in her diaphragm that’s making her lower abdominal organs push up against her lungs and making it very difficult for her to breathe).

There aren’t any specialists in town, but she called a few places and was about to give up due to not getting any answers. Finally, she found a doctor a few towns over that can perform the surgery, with the concern being the anesthesia due to her size. However emergency medical bills are expensive, even for tiny fluff balls like Miss Kitty. I would move mountains for this adorable baby but times are tough and money is tighter. So we're asking for any help anyone can provide in paying for Miss Kitty's surgery. Thank you!
