Mary Padlak’s battle with kidney cancer

Hi my name is Lea, I have been debating about doing this. As time runs out, I’m exhausting all efforts. I want more time with my mom, and to keep giving her a reason to fight. This is just too surreal for me. She was always my vibrant, energetic mom and now she has stage 4 kidney cancer. We are all in shock and I truly need help. 2 weeks ago, my mom was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney cancer. We were told it has spread, but not to give up hope! I can’t believe this, My MOM, my best friend, my vibrant, beautiful mother. I cannot imagine my life without her, my future children cannot grow up without knowing their grandma. Who knew I could cry this much? I am asking for money to help with medical expenses and support her during treatment. Over the past 2 months, and more recently, she’s been really sick. We weren’t sure what was causing the illness, and now we know it was kidney cancer. My mom has dedicated her life to being a helper. She started a non-profit organization with the sole purpose of helping those in need. She spent her life as a therapist and a teacher. My mom is the most caring loving person I truly have ever met. To know my mom is to instantly feel comfort, kindness, and love. I want to take care of her the way she has always taken care of me. I don’t want her to have to worry about money or how she will pay for her treatment. I will use this money to help us fight For her life and buy more time with her.
