Help with medical bills, andmemorial

Hi my name is Cheyenne and as many of you know my dad David "BOOG" Martin passed away recently. Many of you have asked what you can do and i figured this would be a good start. We expect there will be extensive medical bills and expenses to get him from Ohio to Missouri to his final resting place. I am starting this to help ease some of Mom's worries. Thank you in advance.
