Hello, I'm setting up this go fund me for my son-in-law Zack McNeMar. Zach lives in Bowling Green with my daughter Cassie and they have 3 children ages 14, 12, and 8. Zach was diagnosed with testicular cancer 3 weeks ago. He has had scans and blood work, and just met with the oncologist. The news was not what we expected, 3 spots on his stomach, one on his lung and a cyst on his liver. he is on stage 2b. He will start chemo Monday, April 3rd. Zack was laid off in October of last year and just started working his new job in Januaery, so he has no health insurance yet, and doesn't qualify for disability. He will need to be off work for up to 3 months. Say some prayers for our family as Zack goes through the treatments.
