Kurt & Jessica Layher: Devastating Accident

Hello! My name is J, and I have set up this fundraiser for my friend Jessica and her family. On Tuesday night, (12/27/22) Jessica and her family (husband and 2 children) were struck by a BMW, that was driven by a 15 year old, going 70-80mph in 35mph zone, and flipped my friends SUV, over. While my friends kids are ok (thank GOD), my friend and her husband, are not. Her husband needed surgery to repair a badly broken ankle, and my friend, who had to be cut out of the vehicle, is currently in ICU with 12 fractured ribs, a fractured scapula, fractured hip, and internal lacerations to her spleen and pancreas. The teen driver of the BMW was not only speeding in town on a main road, but also does not have insurance coverage. Medical bills and cost of a new vehicle are going to be outlandish for my friend and her family; not to mention the pain and suffering this is causing and will continue to cause my friend and her family for quite some time.
