Medical Expenses and “Bucket List”

Hi, my name is Chris. My brother, Caleb, and I are fundraising for our mother, Paige Maxwell.

Roughly eight months ago, tragedy struck our family as she was given a a Stage IV terminal cancer diagnosis. My mother has always been the heart of our family and she has always made sure we were well-taken care of and made sure that we knew how much we were loved.

Receiving this news has affected everyone in our family. My mother does not have health insurance and the medical bills are piling up from chemotherapy and other treatments (over $100,000 so far) and will continue to do so. We are asking for help to not only cover medical bills, but to help her strike a couple of things off of her “bucket list” before she goes home to see the Lord. One thing important to her is a family trip to Disney World. Our little sister is only 4 years old and she wants her to remember Disney with her there.

She is the most loving mother and giving person (has taken in many people who fell on hard times) you could ever meet. We would just like to see her live the rest of her days enjoying herself and giving our little sister the same amazing memories that we both have with her.
