Help with Medical Expenses for Thomas Craddock
Donation protected
As some of you have heard, our dear friend and business associate, Thomas Craddock, was severely injured in a tree-related accident on January 13, 2020.
Thomas was standing on the ground when a rope snapped. When it hit him, he was thrown 40 feet into the base of a tree. His shoes were left where he had been standing.
The impact destroyed all but one main vein in his left leg and badly damaged his posterior tibial artery which clotted. The vascular surgeon repaired the artery as best he could with the hope that it will not clot again. If it DOES clot again, Thomas will have to have a bypass. It is possible that he could lose his leg. His left knee was demolished.
They created two incisions to allow for swelling. They haven't been able to close them and he will now get skin grafts. His leg is stabilized with titanium rods.
His right leg suffered a break in the fibula and a dislocated knee.
He has already undergone 3 surgeries, and will have to have several more. Walking, if possible, will require years of rehabilitation.
UPDATE (Feb. 3, 2020): Thomas is now out of the hospital and staying with family. The rods will be coming out of this leg later this week, at which time he will get a cast and FINALLY an MRI to find out the true extent of the damage.
We are asking for financial assistance to help pay his surmounting medical bills and living expenses while unable to work. Please share, pray, and donate if you're able. Even $5 is greatly appreciated.
If you have any questions about Thomas, please feel free to contact us. Thank you for your help!!
