Help with medical for Bowes Family

Hey everyone! I never thought I’d be writing one of these but here we are.
Late Wednesday evening my dad came in from his garage having a difficult time breathing, my mom called EMS.we now know it was from a PE -pulmonary embolism that traveled from his leg. He was struggling to breathe but he was alert when he was loaded in to the ambulance.
On the way to the hospital he went in to cardiac arrest, he received a total of 80 min of SKILLED CPR. He was placed on life support and when stable they moved him to the CICU. They did scans of his heart and found that it had sustained some damage during CPR and were quite worried about it. Enough so that they had him flown via care flight to a hospital in Salt Lake City on Thursday early afternoon.
Care flight went great, they were very worried if he was stable enough to make it. He made huge progress and the EcMO machine they went there for didn’t need to be used. They were able to remove him from the ventilator Friday, however it’s 6am Saturday morning and we were informed he had to be placed back on the vent late last night or early this morning and sedated.
If you are family and finding out about this via this post we apologize, we have tried contacting immediately family personally but as you can imagine we have been dealing with a lot. We ask that you keep our family in your thoughts and prayers as we work hard to bring our dad back to us and as we travel this winter season.
