Help with medical insurance and care

My name is Tina, I'm unfortunately in a situation that I'm desperately seeking help. I've never dreamed of being here but due to unfortunate circumstances, after having my 2nd knee replacement, I'm looking at losing my health insurance at work because short term DISABILITY will end soon. My pay for long term disability isn't even enough to purchase insurance. So I'm at the mercy of ALL of you to pray about it and give what you can even if it's $5.00 I will be grateful! thanks to all who showed up to the benefit ride, and have already given, trust me it's ALL BEEN A BLESSING, I'LL FOREVER BE INDEBTED to you all!
