help with medical, living, and medical travel

Once upon a Time I was a healthy hard-working, self-employed individual with a successful handyman business.. However through a series of unfortunate events, most likely a medication mix up, I have developed a rare movement disorder called dystonia.
Yes I wish I still didn't know what that word meant either. Essentially it is a movement disorder caused by damage to certain areas of the brain that involve muscle control throughout your entire body. Causing you to have uncontrolled spastic/ contractive movements in your muscles.
This came on suddenly and rapidly in late September of 2021 through another rare condition called serotonin syndrome. I experienced my entire body lock up into weird contorted positions, for several weeks. suffered through extreme pain and mental anguish.
This is another rare condition caused by a prescription drug medication combination mix up.
Since this has taken place I have been cycled through several different neurologists both where I live, 2 hours away in Green Bay Wisconsin and now am being sent to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for therapy which is 5 hrs away.
This condition has left me unable to work, has exhausted my savings, and has cost my family several thousand dollars between medical, travel, food and basic living expenses. With continued travel to Madison and not knowing when or if I will be able to work again, has left me in a desperate situation and a need for help financially.
Ask anyone who knows me, this is the last thing I ever thought I would have to do, and the very last thing that I ever wanted to do.
Any donation no matter how small will be greatly appreciated.
